Truly.
On one hand, without insurance, things like having a baby would be hugely expensive for us.
On the other hand, even with insurance, it’s STILL HUGELY EXPENSIVE FOR US.
Who decided that we should create this machine of health-industry/insurance partnerships where they wash each others backs with money gleaned from unsuspecting insurees?
Who actually writes insurance policies, and in particular, the EXCLUSIONS and all that Fine Print™?
Irritating!
We may need to set up a Paypal link just to cover the BS that is the remaining hospital bill. Sure, any expense is worth it for our son… but let’s be practical a little bit here, too.
