So we were at Applebee’s for dinner tonight. Food had not yet arrived, and Ben was a little bit cranky, so we had him on the table playing with him. He was sitting on the table with our usual help, and then it happened…

From 6:03PM until approximately 6:05PM, Ben sat up unassisted, for the very first time.

We’ve been practicing with him, and he’s been able to maintain his forward/back composure, but not his left/right balance so much. Tonight, hands on the table, he propped himself up and…sat there, perfectly grown-up-like.

Yep, we’re proud! :)
